I gradudated 2 years ago, as a certified educator, and have held some interim positions since then, but I am currently looking for a permanent teaching job.  I have a wonderful husband and three great children who are all grown up now, along with my great son-in-law.  I also have two beautiful grandboys who will be 6 years old soon.  I love it when they call me Nana!  I love teaching, and I have to mention my girls...(Lil' Bit and Mia Bia...my rat terrior/chihuahua mix and my 5 lb. miniature chihuahua).  They are my  babies! 

I have written poems throughout my life, and helped my husband write a few songs.  I also helped write one of the songs that GPT (a former member of a contempory christian band that I was once part of ) members wrote together.

Now as teacher, I want to write a few children's books.  My husband and I have an idea for a series that we want to write together as well. I have started one about a little boy who learns his mother has breast cancer.  I have also started writing an adult fiction story.  I hope I can stay diciplined and write often so that I may acutually finish because I have a few more ideas for stories in my head just waiting to get out!

My hobbies are traveling, reading and sewing.
